1. Introduction

Welcome to Studio Memoli. By accessing our website and purchasing products from our shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Nature of Goods

2.1 Designs

All products are designed by myself and sourced in small batches. As a result, please allow for slight variations in color between the product image on your screen and the physical item you receive. All sale of products are final and no returns are permitted. If any issues arise such as defected or damaged products, please reach out via Instagram @studio_memoli or email memolistore@gmail.com

2.2 Digital Goods

Digital products (including but not limited to icons, calendars, and coloring pages) are delivered instantly via email or download link upon purchase. Because of the immediate nature of these items, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable.

3. Orders, Shipping, Service & Delivery

3.1 Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is shipped. Processing times may be delayed due to holidays.

3.2 Shipping Timelines

Once shipped, delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Domestic (USA): Typically 1–2 weeks. Please note that orders shipping to the West Coast may take the longer end of this estimate, especially with minimum 5 days for tracking to be updated.

  • International: Timelines vary significantly by destination from 3 weeks to 2 months.

3.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. Studio Memoli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages resulting from carrier mishandling.

However, we want you to receive your art! If you believe your package is lost, please contact us. We adhere to the following timelines for declaring a package "lost":

  • US Orders: Considered lost if not delivered after 1 month from the ship date.

  • International Orders: Considered lost if not delivered after 3 months from the ship date.

3.4 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Studio Memoli is not responsible for delays due to customs.

3.5 Order Cancellations

Buyers have the right to cancel orders, please message me within 48 hours if it's not possible to do via the site.

As the seller, Studio Memoli has to right to cancel orders for any suspicious activities or customers who have a history of malicious intent including but not limited to (1) multiple refunds after receiving their products.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Physical Goods

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

4.2 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and products (both physical and digital) sold by Studio Memoli are the sole property of Mimi Li / Studio Memoli.

  • Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a license for personal use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our work for any commercial purposes (including logos, branding, or resale) without express written permission.

6. Payments

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe (including major credit cards supported by Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
