Shipping policy

We offer standard lettermail shipping (untracked) and tracked shipping. Orders are shipped by UPSP or DHL, with shipping calculated based on weight during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

Due to VAT regulations, it is recommended to order through Etsy.
Purchases made via this site will not have VAT numbers included on packaging and, due to GPSR regulations, are limited to small, flat items such as stickers and prints via untracked shipping.

All mail is shipped from New York, US and will be shipped through one of the following options:

Tracked Mail

It is highly recommended upgrading to tracked shipping for larger orders, or if you are concerned about delivery
There are no refunds/returns for untracked mail, but please reach out if your order has not arrived for over a month

Automatically applies to all NON-FLAT mail (keychains, charms, memo pads, etc.) regardless of where you are based
us free shipping for orders over $75
intl free shipping for orders over $100
Tracking number is provided upon shipment
in some cases, Shopify does not combine shipping methods and will stack two shipping costs together based on items in your order. if a shipping cost is absurdly higher (over 20+), please double check with me via email and I will do my best to refund shipping overages!!
no returns are accepted, but it is possible to receive replacements or refunds (minus shipping cost) if mail is considered lost (check criteria below)

Mail is considered lost if:

untracked: mail has not arrived in over 1+ month (domestic) or over 3+ months (international)
tracking info has not been updated in over 3+ months (*differs on location)
tracking info shows lost or un-trackable

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

if the wrong shipping address was entered during checkout but your order has not shipped yet, please send me an email right away with your correct address info and I will change it for you
If your order has already shipped with the wrong address, please email me with details so we can discuss this further!
In most cases, I am able to resend your mail to the right address, but the customer is responsible for re-paying the shipping fee. Please note that this will not be granted twice.
